Job Summary

Responsible for resolving complex customer inquiries and issues while making sound decisions that enhance customer satisfaction. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret company policies to deliver tailored solutions.

Job Responsibilities

Customer Interaction

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Provide accurate product and service information.
  • Handle complaints and deliver effective resolutions.

Quotation & Order Processing

  • Prepare and issue quotations.
  • Process purchase orders and create sales orders.
  • Provide timely updates to customers.

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Production, Logistics, Finance, and other departments to meet critical customer needs.

Problem Resolution

  • Investigate and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely closure.
  • Follow up to ensure full resolution.

Policy Interpretation

  • Apply company policies to make informed decisions.
  • Recommend improvements to policies, procedures, and programs to better support customers.

Continuous Improvement

  • Analyze recurring issues to identify root causes.
  • Suggest and drive process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce turnaround time.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of experience in semiconductor sales or marketing.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • SAP experience is a MUST.
  • Mature, independent, accountable, and demonstrates strong ownership.
  • Team-oriented with strong accuracy, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Willing to learn, improve, and adapt.
  • Able to solve problems independently and think critically.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
