Role Description
This is an on-site role for a Senior Executive, Business Development, Contract And Tender, located in Shah Alam. The Senior Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing contract and tender processes, and maintaining strong client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include market analysis, preparing and submitting bid proposals, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
Qualifications
- Business Development and Market Analysis skills
- Experience in contract management and tender processes
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using business development tools and CRM software
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus
