Key Responsibilities :

• The Restaurant Hostess at The Banjaran Hotsprings Retreat will play a pivotal role within the Food & Beverage Department, upholding the highest standards of service and contributing to the creation of an exceptional high-end luxury hospitality and dining experience for our guests.
• Oversee daily reservations and guest relations within the restaurant, ensuring seamless service delivery, exceptional guest experiences, and efficient dining management. Create a welcoming atmosphere that reflects luxury dining services, while maintaining professional guest relations across all outlets and ensuring adherence to established legal and operational standards.
• Oversee daily reservations, restaurant setup, and the creation of a welcoming atmosphere with a professional demeanor, ensuring a high-end guest experience. Monitor guest flow and efficiently manage waiting service to provide a seamless dining experience. Manage guest relations, service etiquette, food quality, and safety, while ensuring strict adherence to operational procedures for efficient service delivery.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the department, including handling reservations and inquiries, conducting hygiene and maintenance inspections, overseeing decoration and setup, managing emergency responses, and more.
• Responsible in executing professional and ethical communication in every platform for the department outlets.
• Possessed abilities in maintaining professional and ethical relationship between stakeholder, employer, employee and third-parties.
• Executing comprehensive department's financial aspect such asset inventories, store and receiving process, point-of-sales transaction, revenue reports, procurements, and more.
• Abilities in adapting the modernization of system and work-flow accords to industrial revolutions.
• Performing professional and harmonious working relationships with stakeholder, employer, employee and third-parties.
• Strictly bound to Occupational, Safety, and Health regulations ruled by the authorities bodies and company regulation while performing duties.
• Strictly bound to rules, regulations and policies sets by the company in every aspect such grooming standard, rules to live by guideline, act's of misconduct guideline.
• Performing any duties or responsibilities assigned by management as required, ensuring they are executed efficiently, to the highest standard, and without failure.

Position Requirements :

• 5 working days in a week with shift-type work schedules.
• Certificate, Diploma, Degree (or above) in Hospitality, Food & Beverages, and more.
• Additional certification such as Customer Service, and more.
• Fresh graduates or 1-years experience in Restaurant Hostess role.
• Experienced serviced in luxury hotels or resort.
• Great communication or interpersonal skills.
• Technology savvy, and more.
• Demonstrate basic knowledge in AI tools, publisher, and more.
• To possess and maintain the required skills, knowledge, abilities, and certifications in accordance with applicable international or local standards, as mandated by relevant laws and regulations, and to update them as necessary from time to time.
