About the Role

We are looking for motivated and goal-driven individuals to join our Higher Education Sales & Recruitment team. In this role, you will counsel students, represent the institution at events, and drive enrolment targets by promoting our academic programmes.

What You'll Do

  • Advise prospective students and parents on courses, admissions, and progression opportunities
  • Manage leads and enquiries via phone, email, online platforms, and walk-ins
  • Attend and represent the institution at events such as open days, school visits, and education fairs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, schools, and counsellors
  • Work with internal teams to support the enrolment process from interest to registration
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/recruitment targets

What We're Looking For

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field (Sales, Business, Marketing, or Communications preferred)
  • 1–2 years' experience in sales, education, retail, or related fields (Fresh graduates welcome if motivated)
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Goal-oriented, persuasive, and confident speaking with people from all backgrounds
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable using digital tools (emails, data entry, CRM systems)

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1, RM3,000.00 per month
