Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR administrative support, including onboarding, documentation, and employee record management
  • Work closely with Regional HR, Recruitment, and HR Operations teams to streamline processes
  • Generate HR-related letters (e.g., employment references, promotion letters, Show Cause Letters)
  • Administer employee onboarding processes
  • Support HR reporting activities (e.g., attendance, terminations, transfers)
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian HR regulations and company policies
  • Process invoices and purchase orders related to HR activities
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR operational queries

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in HR Operations or HR administration
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysia HR regulations and employee lifecycle processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel – VLOOKUP, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent English and Malay communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset
  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resources or a related field
