Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment (e.g., preparing job advertisements, screening candidates, scheduling interviews).
  • Maintain and update staff personal files, attendance records, and leave applications, particularly for production workers.
  • Support onboarding processes including induction briefings and uniform issuance
  • Track and compile attendance, OT hours, and absenteeism data for payroll processing.
  • Assist in managing foreign worker documentation (work permits, passports, medical checks, hostel, etc.).
  • Monitor expiry dates for contracts, permits, insurance, and arrange timely renewals.
  • Handle employee grievances or complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Assist with preparation of HR reports (e.g., absenteeism trends, company policies, discipline procedures, and memo issuance).
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned on an as-needed basis

Requirements:

  • SPM or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Studies, or a related field.
  • 1 years of HR experience (fresh graduates welcome)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for data compilation).
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills (Bahasa Malaysia, English)
  • Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced factory environment.
