岗位职责

1. 主导新项目开发:作为核心成员,负责新项目的后端架构设计与开发,确保项目从规划到落地的全过程顺利推进,打造卓越产品。
2. 技术栈应用与创新:以 Go 语言为核心,结合 AI 编程工具(如 Gemin-cli 或 Claude-code),探索前沿技术在后端开发中的应用,为项目注入智能动力。
3. 团队协作与指导:与各职能团队紧密合作,分享后端开发及 AI 编程的技术见解,指导团队成员成长,激发团队潜力,营造高效协作氛围。
4. 技术难题攻克:面对复杂技术挑战,凭借深厚的后端开发功底和敏锐洞察力,快速定位问题、提出解决方案,确保项目稳步推进。
5. 持续优化与创新:关注行业动态,引入新技术、新工具优化现有后端技术架构,提升系统性能、稳定性和用户体验。

任职要求

1. 技术能力:

2. 精通 Go 语言,具备扎实的后端开发基础,熟悉常见框架及中间件应用,能够独立完成复杂后端系统的开发与优化。

3. 熟悉 AI 编程工具(如 Gemin-cli 或 Claude-code),具备实际项目中应用 AI 编程提升开发效率和质量的经验。
4. 熟悉客户端开发流程(Android/IOS等),能够与客户端团队有效沟通协作,确保前后端无缝对接。
5. 项目经验:具备 5 年及以上后端开发经验(统招本科以上学历,计算机相关专业),有主导或核心参与大型复杂项目经历,具备良好的项目规划、实施与管理能力。
6. 思维能力:具备出色的逻辑思维、问题解决能力和创新意识,能够快速适应新环境、新技术,不断探索技术边界。
7. 沟通协作:具备优秀的团队协作精神和沟通能力,能够清晰表达技术观点,与团队成员、跨部门团队高效协作。
8. 学习能力:对新技术充满热情,具备快速学习和应用新技术的能力,能够持续提升自身技术水平。

Position: Technical Lead (New Project)

Salary Range:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead New Project Development: Take charge as a core member in designing and developing the backend architecture of new projects. Ensure smooth execution from planning to delivery, creating outstanding products.
• Technology Stack & Innovation: Focus on Go as the core language, combined with AI programming tools (e.g., Gemin-cli, Claude-code), to explore cutting-edge applications of AI in backend development.
• Collaboration & Mentorship: Work closely with cross-functional teams, share backend and AI programming insights, and guide team members to grow while fostering an efficient, collaborative environment.
• Problem Solving: Tackle complex technical challenges with strong backend expertise, quickly identify issues, and propose effective solutions to keep projects on track.
• Continuous Optimization: Stay updated with industry trends, adopt new tools and technologies, and enhance system architecture for better performance, stability, and user experience.

Requirements:

• Technical Expertise: Proficient in Go, with solid backend development skills. Familiar with common frameworks, middleware, and capable of independently developing and optimizing complex backend systems.
• Hands-on experience with AI programming tools (e.g., Gemin-cli, Claude-code) to improve development efficiency and quality.
• Familiar with client-side development processes (Android/iOS), able to collaborate effectively with frontend teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Project Experience: Minimum 5+ years of backend development experience with a Bachelor's degree (or above) in Computer Science or related fields. Proven track record in leading or playing a key role in large-scale projects.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong logical thinking, problem-solving ability, and innovative mindset. Quick learner, adaptable to new technologies and environments.
• Collaboration & Communication: Excellent teamwork and communication skills, able to clearly articulate technical ideas and work efficiently across teams.
• Learning Agility: Passionate about new technologies, with the ability to quickly learn and apply them to elevate technical expertise.
