How You Will Create An Impact

  • Conduct in-process and final inspections of transformer components and assemblies.
  • Perform routine electrical testing (e.g., insulation resistance, turns ratio, winding resistance, high voltage tests).
  • Verify compliance with technical drawings, specifications, and industry standards (e.g., IEC, IEEE).
  • Document inspection results, non-conformities, and corrective actions in accordance with QA/QC procedures.
  • Assist in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Calibrate and maintain testing instruments and equipment.
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Support internal and external audits and customer inspections.

What Are We Looking For

  • Diploma or Certificate in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of QA/QC experience in transformer or electrical equipment manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with transformer testing standards and procedures.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and test reports.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management systems.
