Responsibilities:

  • To carry out check, inspection and monitoring for HT and LV system and TNB supply according to (Suruhanjaya Tenaga) guideline.
  • Lead a team in installation, maintenance and monitoring all electrical works to support efficient building operations ensuring that all facilities are running in good condition.
  • To attend to all major power and equipment breakdown/troubleshoot and rectify accordingly.
  • To response to emergency call breakdown within stipulated response time.
  • To supervise external contractor's works / service and monitor their performance.
  • To provide support and assistance in building maintenance to the team.
  • Perform any other tasks or assume additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least A4 Chargeman Competency Certificate or higher;
  • Able to work on Weekends & PH if needed.
  • Able to supervise, direct and monitor a team of subordinate staff;
  • Matured, responsible and able to work independently to provide efficient support.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field. Those with related building maintenance experience will have an added advantage.
  • Additional skills and knowledge in M&E replacement or Green Building background will be an added advantage.
  • Proficient in computer skills, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
