We are a fast-growing manufacturing company establishing our new production facilities in Malaysia.

As part of our foundational team, you will play a key role in building a high-performing, agile, and sustainable workforce from Day One. Each role is vital to ensuring our people, processes, and culture are set up for long-term success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take a lead or supporting role in one or more HR functions such as Recruitment, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, and Administration.
  • Design and implement HR strategies and systems from the ground up, including processes, mechanisms, policies, and templates tailored to a new manufacturing site.
  • Build and manage partnerships with external vendors and service providers (e.g., recruitment agencies, C&B and tax/insurance consultants, HRIS vendors, canteen, transportation, housing, cleaning, and visa service providers).
  • Partner with plant leadership teams across production, engineering, maintenance, quality, and operations to deliver effective HR support.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and internal company policies.
  • Mentor or supervise junior HR or admin team members (if applicable) and support team development.
  • Perform other HR or administrative duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of HR or Administration experience, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or operational environments.
  • Proven ability to independently manage one or more HR functions (e.g., Recruitment, Employee Relations, C&B, Learning & Development, or Administration).
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices, or administrative management in factory and office settings.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills; self-driven and fast-learning.
  • Strong organizational skills, capable of multitasking and thriving in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English, and fluent in Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Willing to relocate to our new plant in Karangan, Kedah in Q4 2025.

Preferred:

  • Experience in building HR or administrative functions from scratch (0-to-1) in a factory or plant environment.
  • Prior team leadership or mentoring experience.
