Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma.
  • Able to communicate well in English and Mandarin.
  • Strong sales skills with experience meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Good knowledge of insurance products and services.
  • Skilled in negotiation to close sales and build strong client relationships.
  • Experience in leading a sales team and monitoring performance.
  • Able to plan and carry out business strategies to grow the market and gain new clients.
  • Strong planning skills to spot market opportunities and create effective sales strategies.
  • Proven ability to lead, guide, and motivate a sales team to achieve goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base within the Bayan Lepas region.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure individual and team success.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
  • Utilize Mandarin language proficiency to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare regular reports to track progress.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
