Allowance: RM2,000/month

Duration: 8 months

About the Programme

The Protégé Programme is designed to equip fresh graduates with practical training and real work exposure. As an Engineering Protégé at Kamsis Politeknik Sandakan, you will support technical and site-related tasks while developing essential skills for your career.

Responsibilities

  • Assist engineers in monitoring, supervising, and coordinating site works.
  • Prepare technical documentation, reports, and progress records.
  • Support project planning, scheduling, and quality checks.
  • Liaise with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and site regulations.

Requirements

  • Malaysian citizen, aged 18–30.
  • Fresh graduate with Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering fields.
  • Fresh graduate until 1 year of working experience.
  • Good technical knowledge, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Eager to learn, proactive, and able to adapt in site/project environments.
