Repair and maintenanceCarry out general repairs and maintenance at assigned stores or ticketsGeneral repair and maintenance cover scope of work such asPlumbing work such as fixtures replacement, fixing leaks and cloggingElectrical work such as lighting replacement, plug point replacement and installations of new unitsBasic civil work such as patching and painting of walls, ceilings, repair/touch up of tiles, pest proofing worksCarpentry works such as repair of doors, furniture and fixturesSchedule work such as replacement of water filterSpare part/equipment/tools managementResponsible to take good care on the spare part and reconcile into system timelyResponsible to maintain and upkeep company vehicle and tools provided for the purpose to carry out workJob managementResponsible to ensure update job completion into CMMS system timelyEscalate to BMC if face challenges at site while carry out workAd-hoc dutiesCarry out other ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned by superiorWorking ConditionsNormal working hours (8.00am to 5.00pm)5.5 working days a weekRotational shift (no fix off days)Requirements:At least 5 years' experience as a handymanKnowledge of mechanical/electrical componentsGood communication skills and customer service skillsAttention to detail and ability to work under pressure.Required to travel within the managed area as when necessaryAble to take up phone call off working hours as when requiredExperience in managing maintenance for large number of sites (approximately >200 sites) is an added advantage
