Requirements:

  • Degree in any field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and people management, with a proven track record in branch management or a similar leadership role.
  • Possess own transport.
  • Aggressive self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Capable of working effectively under pressure.
  • Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a proven capability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in financial management, operational planning, and problem solving.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with precision and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day branch operations, customer accounts, financial measures, and KPIs.
  • Manage the full employee and contract driver life cycle from recruitment to resignation.
  • Identify and secure new customers to support rapid business expansion.
  • Deploy continuous improvement efforts to drive productivity and reduce operating costs.
  • Oversee resource allocation including personnel, equipment, and facilities.
  • Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions.
  • Ensure branch and staff safety, manage security, and maintain cleanliness.
  • Collaborate with other departments and submit timely reports.
  • Oversee the activities of hired agents and GDEX point-of-presence (POP) services.
