The Business Development Executive role (BDE) focuses on growing a company's business by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, building relationships and driving revenue growth. It is crucial for the company's expansion strategy, working to secure new clients and expand market share particularly in the manufacturing/engineering industry.

Job Responsibilities
Identifying new opportunities and creating sales assessments within the assigned sales regions. Understand the market dynamics, formulating a clear go to market strategy in the area of coverageMonitor and report on customer preferences, competitor actions and market trends to help shape the sales strategyEstablish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.Collaborate with the Engineering Team to understand product capabilities and effectively communicate technical information to customers.Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to customersNegotiate and close business deals, contracts, and agreements with customers and strategic partners.Meet and exceed sales targets agreed upon with Management and actively open and develop new accounts.Work with Marketing and Product team to develop new products, solutions and services for business growth
