- Take and deliver accurate food and beverage orders promptly.
- Set up, clean, and maintain tables, service stations, and dining areas before, during, and after service.
- Ensure all tableware, glassware, and utensils are clean and properly arranged.
- Upsell food and beverage items and promote ongoing hotel promotions.
- Assist in preparing for banquets, meetings, and special functions as required.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating to the supervisor when necessary.
- Adhere to hotel standards, policies, and procedures related to service, hygiene, and safety.
- Ensure all food and beverage items are served according to established standards.
- Cooperate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth and efficient service flow.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1, RM1,900.00 per month
