Job Description

Panda Printing sedang mencari Sales & Marketing yang bersemangat, proaktif dan bermotivasi tinggi untuk membantu mengembangkan pasaran serta meningkatkan jualan syarikat dalam industri percetakan.

Responsibilities

  • Mencapai target jualan bulanan yang ditetapkan.
  • Menguruskan pertanyaan pelanggan melalui WhatsApp, telefon, walk-in & media sosial.
  • Menyediakan quotation, invois & susulan kepada pelanggan.
  • Membangunkan hubungan jangka panjang dengan pelanggan baru & sedia ada.
  • Memahami produk percetakan seperti banner, sticker, corporate gift, offset & digital printing dll.
  • Membantu merancang dan melaksanakan strategi pemasaran & promosi.
  • Memastikan proses order hingga production berjalan lancar.
  • Menyediakan laporan jualan harian/mingguan.

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM/Diploma (dalam bidang pemasaran keutamaan, tapi tidak wajib).
  • Pengalaman dalam sales / customer service adalah satu kelebihan.
  • Kemahiran komunikasi yang baik & personaliti mesra pelanggan.
  • Mahir menggunakan WhatsApp Business, Google Workspace, basic social media.
  • Rajin belajar, berdisiplin & boleh bekerja secara sendiri.
  • Advantage: Ada pengalaman dalam industri printing.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
