Our client "FUSHENG COMPRESSOR (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD." is seeking a Senior / Sales Engineer (SSE / SE) to join their team

What you'll be doing?
  • Explore new opportunities: Proactively identify new segments and customers in your designated territory who could benefit from FUSHENG / FS Curtis products.
  • Drive sales growth: Plan and execute sales activities, including service coordination and solution presentations, to convert opportunities into sales orders.
  • Demonstrate value: Explain and showcase how our solutions can reduce costs and improve operations for customers.
  • Market intelligence: Conduct regular SWOT analysis, assess competition, and provide valuable customer feedback to inform business strategy.
  • Reporting: Prepare timely and accurate reports on sales activities, customer visits, and market trends.
  • Financial collaboration: Work closely with the finance team to manage receivables and minimize overdue payments.
  • Customer satisfaction: Collaborate with service and support teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Professional development: Engage with your manager to support your professional growth and future promotion opportunities.
Who are they looking for?
  • Technical sales experience: 2-5 years of experience in technical or industrial sales, preferably in compressed air, machinery, or engineering sectors. Product training will be provided to help you succeed.
  • Technical background: Diploma or Degree in a technical or engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, etc.).
  • Communication skills: Strong presentation and communication abilities to effectively engage with clients and team members.
  • Technical proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to support your daily activities.
  • Results-driven: A customer-focused approach with an analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated: Ability to work independently or as part of a team, handling pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Language skills: Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English. Ability to read and write in Mandarin is required to handle documents and communication effectively with diverse stakeholders.
