Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Market Development

  • Develop and implement export sales strategies to expand market share and achieve revenue, margin, and profitability targets.

  • Identify and pursue new international business opportunities across key markets and industries.
  • Conduct market research to analyze global trends, customer requirements, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Establish and execute regional business plans aligned with overall corporate objectives.
  • Customer & Partner Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with distributors, agents, and key customers across international markets.

  • Manage export contracts, pricing negotiations, and business terms to ensure mutual profitability.
  • Provide responsive and professional support to overseas clients, addressing inquiries, issues, and logistical coordination promptly.
  • Represent the company at trade exhibitions, customer visits, and business meetings to strengthen brand presence and partnership trust.
  • Sales & Operational Excellence

  • Monitor and manage end-to-end export sales operations — from quotation, order processing, and shipment coordination to on-time delivery.

  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export documentation requirements, and customs standards.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments (Production, Supply Chain, Finance, and Quality) to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for management review.
  • Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Support, guide, and mentor sales team members in achieving sales targets and maintaining operational excellence.

  • Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to develop region-specific promotional strategies and product positioning.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the development of new business models or channels.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.

  • Experience:

  • Minimum
    8–10 years of experience
    in export sales, international business development, or regional account management.

  • Proven track record in
    manufacturing, metals, or industrial materials sectors
    (e.g., aluminum, construction materials, automotive, or related industries).
  • Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong commercial acumen with solid understanding of export regulations, Incoterms, and trade compliance.

  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships globally.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems; familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Personal Attributes:

  • Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

  • Strong leadership presence, capable of influencing and engaging internal and external stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 30–40%) to manage client relationships and explore new markets.
