Job Description:

We are looking for a Front End Web Developer with at least 3 years of experience as Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for creating seamless, responsive, and visually engaging user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and the development team to transform requirements into responive, user-friendly web applications.
  2. Review and refine technical specifications, wireframes, and design mockups.
  3. Identify, design and implement scalable web-based interactions and workflows.
  4. Build, test and maintain highly responsive UI components using concepts and best practices.
  5. Write clean, reusable and maintainable code in JavaScript/TypeScript following modern React workflows (hooks, context, state management)
  6. Troubleshoot, debug and resolve issues to ensure smooth user experience.
  7. Develop and implement modular front-end architecture to support application scalability
  8. Optimize performance for cross-browser, cross-platmform and mobile responsiveness.
  9. Conduct code reviews and provide mentorshi to junior deveopers.
  10. Stay up to date with emerging trends and contribute to frontend best practices.
  11. Document technical decisions, application changes and release update.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technolog or equivailent experience
  • 3-5 years of professional experience as Developer.
  • Strong knowledg of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend frameworks.
  • Proficienc in and ecosystem tools: Reduct/Context API, Webpack and Babel, Enzyme, or React Testing Library.
  • Experience with UI/UX design principles and delivering pixel-perfect implementations.
  • Hands-on experience with performance testing and frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Crypress.
  • Skilled in browser-based debugging, profiling and optimization.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and state management patterns.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG/ARIA) and SEO best practices.
  • Experience with vision control (Git/GitHub/GitLab) and CI/CD workflows
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborative development tools (Jira, Confluence)
  • Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting and project management skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with (SSR/SSG for performance and SEO)
  • Familiarity with progressive web appps (PWA) and ofline-first development
  • Understanding of frontend security best practices (XSS, CSRF, ect)
  • Cloud deployment knowledge (AWS, Azure, or Firebase)
  • Experience with design systems (Material UI, TailwindCSS, Chakra UI)
  • Contribution to open-source projects or a strong portfolio on GitHub/Stack Overflow.
  • In-dept understanding of the entire web development process, from design to deployment
