Job responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Identify and build strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners.
  • Lead field visits to monitor market performance, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and trade terms with partners and clients.
  • Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure timely product availability and successful campaign execution.
  • Mentor and guide junior sales team members to enhance performance and efficiency.
  • Monitor sales KPIs and prepare regular performance reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and market practices.

Job requirements

  • Applicants are required to possess, at minimum, a Diploma in Business Administration or an equivalent qualification, preferably with a focus on sales or retail management.
  • At least 3-5 years of working experience in managing major account/ customer from FMCG industry (Modern Trade & and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in modern trade, petrol kiosk and CVS operations and category development is an advantage.
  • Pleasant personality with good communication skills.
  • Must be able to travel interstate to meet customers.
