We at Seeken Malaysia are looking for a creative, passionate, and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our expanding team. This role focuses on managing and growing our brand presence across social media and e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Google Ads) to drive engagement, sales, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and optimize all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), ensuring consistent brand voice and content quality.

* Oversee and enhance our presence on major e-commerce platforms including Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop, driving increased sales and improved customer satisfaction.

* Develop, curate, and schedule engaging and targeted content to boost follower growth, engagement, and online visibility.

* Plan, execute, analyse, and report on digital marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and continuous improvements.

* Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, algorithms, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

* Familiarity with analytics tools (TikTok Analytics, Meta Insights, Shopee and Lazada seller dashboards).

* Proven ability to create compelling content tailored for different digital channels.

* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

* Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into strategic insights and actionable plans.

* Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

* Candidates with relevant experience and knowledge holding an Diploma or Degree are encouraged to apply.
