QUALIFICATION

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in / Logistics and Supply Chain, or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience as an Logistics Executive Coordinator, or similar role.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work under pressure, positive, self-motivated, dynamic, self-disciplined, and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Good knowledge of computer literacy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, and Excel and possess good numerical and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able to start in a short notice period is a plus (Immediate Hiring).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support and analyze route planning, traffic flow by region, transportation between branches, and key customer's transportation.
  • To be able to meet the demands and requirements of customer on times.
  • Organize and clarify the route details with the client's management team and drivers.
  • Analyze the budget of daily transportation costs, customer requirements, and problems from operations to find ways to improve the transportation strategy to be efficient and cost-effective.
  • Coordinate with drivers
  • Hire, train and supervise drivers.
  • Monitoring of truck movement on time to time
  • Daily report submission (Truck movement, Client report and etc.)
  • Managing and monitoring usage of Fuel and Toll and submit the report to HOD.
  • Coordinate with internal Billing Departments to ensure invoice clients promptly.
  • Submit driver's attendance and trip allowance on weekly and monthly.
  • Key-in/Assign/Checking the system and to complete the entire process and report back on timely manner.
  • Involved in continuous improvement for the Logistics Team.
  • To perform any ad-hoc task that will be assigned from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
