Join us as we are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Business Development Consultant in line with our Malaysia office expansion plan.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within your designated territory
  • Generating qualified leads and managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiations and signing
  • Developing and executing tailored sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Building strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target accounts
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product, and delivery teams to ensure seamless client experiences
  • Providing detailed sales forecasting and reporting to management
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and new products/services

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in new business development, preferably in the B2B / Corporate Sales industry
  • Experience in recruitment industry is an added advantage
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with New Business Development best practices and strategies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
  • Can be based in Kuala Lumpur or Johor Bahru office
