Internship Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our finance and management team. This internship offers hands-on experience in accounting, financial reporting, and business operations within the real estate sector. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, adaptable, and interested in gaining practical exposure to property development and investment management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing financial documents such as invoices, payment vouchers, and bank reconciliations.
  • Support the finance team in updating general ledger entries and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Participate in budgeting and cash flow monitoring for ongoing development projects.
  • Help coordinate with vendors, tenants, and service providers regarding billing and payment matters.
  • Contribute to administrative tasks, including filing, document control, and data entry.
  • Assist in preparing reports for internal management and external stakeholders.
  • Gain exposure to property management processes, including leasing and tenant relations.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Interest in the real estate and property development industry.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount) is an advantage.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
