Mechanical & Structural Design

  • Perform detailed mechanical and structural design for cranes and material handling systems.
  • Analyze application requirements and develop practical, efficient design solutions.
  • Conduct engineering calculations to ensure structural integrity, optimal performance, and compliance with relevant industry standards.

Component Selection

  • Identify and select suitable mechanical components based on project specifications.
  • Ensure all selected components comply with safety, quality, and performance requirements.

Design for Manufacturing

  • Develop designs optimized for fabrication, machining, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Work closely with manufacturing teams to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
  • Prepare comprehensive 2D production drawings, 3D models, and assembly documentation.

Explosion-Proof Design

  • Apply IECEx and ATEX standards in designing equipment for hazardous and explosive environments.
  • Incorporate essential safety features to mitigate operational risks and ensure compliance.

International Project Management

  • Coordinate and manage international projects in collaboration with global EPC clients.
  • Monitor project progress to ensure alignment with timelines, quality standards, and deliverables.

Project Documentation

  • Prepare, maintain, and manage all technical documentation, including drawings, certificates, and records.
  • Ensure full compliance with client specifications and regulatory documentation requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Excellent academic performance and strong technical foundation (CGPA 3.7 and above).
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks for design and drafting work.
  • Solid understanding of mechanical design principles, engineering drawings, and documentation.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
