Operation Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

We are looking to recruit an Operation Executive who will support the day-to-day operations of the company, coordinate between internal and external stakeholders, and ensure smooth execution of operational processes.

The role:

This position reports to the Operation Manager and will also be supporting the key areas which will include, but not be limited to, the following:

· Provide excellent operational support and represent the company in a professional, service-oriented manner.

· Facilitate clear communication with staff, parents, vendors, and partners through various channels.

· Collaborate with the Operations Manager to implement operational workflows, SOPs, and process improvements.

· Manage daily operations and ensure adherence to established procedures across departments.

· Coordinate schedules, logistics, and resources for company activities, events, classes, and projects.

· Oversee inventory management, stock checks, equipment distribution, and replenishment planning.

· Assist with the enrolment process, documentation, and record-keeping to ensure accuracy and compliance.

· Monitor attendance and maintain up-to-date operational data and reports.

· Support event planning, including calendar management, venue coordination, materials preparation, and on-site assistance.

· Collect and consolidate operational feedback to support continuous improvement.

· Assist in coordinating departmental meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.

· Perform other administrative, operational, or support tasks as directed by the Operations Manager or management.

The person

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with strong technical and interpersonal skills, along with the following:

o Key Skills and Attributes

· Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and basic networking issues.

· Basic IT skills including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace.

· Organizational and coordination skills.

· Excellent communication and customer service skills.

· Enjoys coaching and guiding others in technical matters.

· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

o Knowledge and Experience

· Language skills: English Fair

· Min SPM, Diploma or Fresh Graduate with good behaviour and passion for learning are encourage to apply.

· Experience in operations, administration, or customer service is an added advantage.

Added Advantage

· Knowledge in Education Robotics or Coding

· Teaching Experience (Children)

· Experience in education operations, logistics, or event coordination.

Working Days/ Time

Mon – Friday : 8am – 5pm

Lunch Break: 1 Hour

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3, RM3,500.00 per month
