Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in administrative roles.
  • At least Diploma and above qualification.
  • Proficient in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English.
  • Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiar with MS Office.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must possess own transportation.
  • Willing to work in Banting (near Sepang).
  • Reply message after invitation message sent.

Responsibility

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry.
  • Verify and monitor financial transactions.
  • Manage stock records and prepare reports.
  • Utilize MS Office and other tools for data management.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Follow company guidelines and procedures for data handling.
  • Identify and report discrepancies or errors to the supervisor.
