Collectius is a FINTECH company that offers its clients a professional and highly efficient consumer credit management service based on the latest cutting-edge technology. We have fantastic clients ranging from banks, telecommunication, and consumer finance companies in many of the countries in ASEAN.

Collectius invests into credit management service companies (CMS companies) and portfolios of distressed consumer debt, focusing on smaller debts generated from banks and financing companies.

Collectius is focusing on the Southeast Asian market. Collectius' goal is to unburden our debtors from debt and to see them successfully re-integrated into a debt free life again. In achieving this goal the debtors regain a positive financial outlook and once again have the opportunity to become financially active with banks and finance companies.

Collectius is funded through its Swiss holding company in Zug and its largest financier is the Swedish shipping conglomerate Stena.

Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical and qualified Group Finance - Senior Executive who will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial reporting, financial analysis and compliance across multiple entities within the Group. The role plays a key part in month-end closing, intercompany reconciliations, management reporting, statutory audits and process improvements.

Duties
:

·Prepare Group consolidated financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards.

·Perform month-end closing for selected Group entities, including journals, balance sheet schedules, reporting and analysis.

·Review intercompany billings, reconciliations, and eliminations to ensure accurate Group reporting.

·Preparation of monthly management reports, KPIs, variance analysis, and commentary for senior management.

· Coordinate with external auditors and support entities on audit deliverables and audit queries.

· Assist with tax submissions, transfer pricing documentation, and other regulatory reporting required.

· Maintain documentation and policies in line with internal controls and audit readiness.

· Support the budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.

· Assist in standardizing financial processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

· Support finance transformation initiatives and ad-hoc projects assigned.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
:

· Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent or Part-qualified in ACCA/CPA/MIA/CIMA/ICAEW.

· 2 to 5 years of working experience in the related field with excellent analytical and numerical skills.

· Experience with consolidation and intercompany reconciliation is an advantage.

· Familiar with Microsoft Excel and basic financial formulas.

· Familiar with Accounting software.

· In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.

· Able to multitask and have a positive working attitude.
