Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 2–3 years' experience in accounting/administrative role.

Proficient in accounting software - AutoCount & MS Office (Excel, Word).

Meticulous, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle full set of accounting tasks including AP, AR, bank reconciliation, creditor/debtor control, petty cash, and month-end closing.
  • Process invoices, payments, receipts, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, quotations, tax invoices, and receipts.
  • Manage filing systems and documentation (finance, HR, and admin records).
  • Perform general office administration: reception duties, procurement of supplies, office & facility maintenance, and staff support.
  • Organize office events, staff activities and assist with HR/administrative matters as required.
  • Support ad-hoc assignments and projects assigned by management.
