Responsibilities:

· Operate, set up, and adjust CNC machines (milling, turning, EDM, or grinding) to produce parts as per drawings/specifications.

· Prepare and load raw materials, tools, and programs into CNC machines.

· Perform first-piece inspection and in-process quality checks using precision instruments.

· Troubleshoot machining issues such as tool wear, dimensional accuracy, and surface finish.

· Carry out preventive maintenance and daily machine upkeep.

· Optimize machining processes to improve efficiency, reduce scrap, and minimize cycle time.

· Maintain accurate records of production, tooling usage, and maintenance activities.

· Ensure compliance with safety regulations, 5S practices, and company standards.

Requirements:

· Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical, Precision Engineering, or related technical discipline.

· years above of CNC machining experience (milling, turning, EDM, or equivalent).

· Proficient in CNC program editing (Fanuc, Siemens, or other controllers).

· Skilled in reading technical drawings, GD&T, and using measuring instruments (CMM knowledge is an advantage).

· Familiar with tooling, cutting parameters, and fixture setup.

· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Willing to work shifts and overtime when required.
