We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Assistant Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will support the Lead Teacher in providing a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young children. If you are eager to make a positive impact on children's lives and have a genuine interest in early childhood development, we would love to hear from you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist the Lead Teacher in preparing and organizing daily activities, lessons, and educational materials.
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming learning environment for children.
  • Supervise and engage children during playtime, activities, and meal times.
  • Observe and document children's progress, providing insights to the Lead Teacher.
  • Support children's personal needs, including feeding, diapering, and maintaining hygiene.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, promoting emotional and social development.
  • Participate in training sessions and staff meetings as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) qualification. Candidates with KAP (Kursus Asuhan Permata) will have an added advantage.
  • Prior experience working with young children is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a compassionate and caring attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
  • A genuine love for working with children and supporting their development.

WORK SCHEDULE:

Monday to Friday (Leave your weekends for some me-time)

1 Saturday in a Month.

Salary: RM2,200 - RM3,300/month
