Roles & Responsibilities

·       Programme coordinator and administer development programme for Upstream Malaysia

·       Coordinator and administrator for Leadership Development Programme for UMY executives and non-executives.

·       Coordinator for all types of in-house training programme for UMY.

·       Involve in module outline, development and finalization of modules for BEST curriculum review project, liasing with relevant departments and external training providers/freelancers to deliver selected modules for the students.

·       Review of bond agreement for Cadets and FOST trainees, liaison with Legal department.

·       Planning and implementation of training modules and curriculum development for UMY.

·       Constant liaison with department representative within UMY to provide relevant assistance and any supporting functional assistance to ensure effective communication and execution of learning and development initiatives.

·       Coordinates overall Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for UMY.

Ideal Candidate
Minimum Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration or other related disciplines.
