About the role

DMW International is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Pharmaceutical Products to join our team in the vibrant heart of Kuala Lumpur. This full-time role will be responsible for driving the marketing strategy and execution for our diverse portfolio of pharmaceutical products, contributing to the company's continued growth and success.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and consumers
  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify target audiences, understand their needs, and inform the development of effective marketing strategies
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, regulatory, and medical, to ensure consistent brand messaging and seamless go-to-market execution
  • Managing the distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, digital content, and advertising
  • Staying up-to-date to ensure our marketing approach remains competitive and compliant

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical regulatory landscape and the ability to navigate complex compliance requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with healthcare professionals and consumers
  • Proficient in market research, data analysis, and campaign performance measurement
  • Creativity and strategic thinking to develop innovative marketing solutions that drive business results
  • Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
  • Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field
