OSL is Hong Kong's first SFC-licensed digital asset platform. We are seeking a
Card Operations Specialist
to build and scale our global card program from the ground up, defining how the world spends its digital assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect the global operational strategy and manage critical relationships with international card organizations (e.g., Visa, Mastercard) and partner banks.
  • Lead the end-to-end launch of card products, partnering with Product and R&D to define goals and ensure successful delivery.
  • Empower regional growth by developing localized strategies and providing operational data, tools, and process support.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in global card issuance, virtual card programs, or cross-border payments within a bank, FinTech, or payment processor.
  • Must have: Direct, hands-on experience working with international card schemes and/or partner banks.
  • Expert-level project management skills, capable of driving complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives across cultures.
