Mechanical & Electrical Supervisor

Employment Type: Contract Basis

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise, coordinate, and ensure the quality of M&E works on site.
  2. Assist the M&E Manager in overseeing overall project M&E operations.
  3. Monitor work progress and ensure tasks are completed within the schedule and according to approved specifications.
  4. Lead and coordinate subcontractors and in-house workers effectively.
  5. Ensure all works comply with drawings, contract requirements, and site safety regulations.
  6. Attend site inspections and meetings, and perform other related tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

  1. Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Construction, Architecture, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in M&E works for high-rise and/or infrastructure projects.
  3. Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  4. Computer literate and familiar with MS Project, Word, and Excel.
  5. Able to work long hours, including Sundays and Public Holidays, if required.
  6. Required to work 6 full days per week (Monday–Saturday).
