About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our dynamic team at Tips Industry (M) Sdn Bhd' in Kulai Johor. As an Accounts Executive, you will play a vital role in maintaining the company's financial records and supporting our accounting operations. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity for you to kick-start your career in the manufacturing industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Accurately record and process financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank transactions.
  • Reconcile accounts and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
  • Assist in the preparation of accounting data and documents.
  • Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external auditors.
  • Comply with all relevant accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide support to the HOD as needed.

  • Fresh graduate with a degree in Accounting or with work experiences in related field
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
  • Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
