Key Responsibilities

  • Full Set of Accounts – Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Cash Flow.
  • Financial Record-Keeping – Maintain accurate and organized financial documentation.
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable – Handle invoicing, payments, collections, and reconciliations.
  • Financial Reporting – Prepare monthly reports and statements for management review.
  • Tax Compliance – Support tax preparation and ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Liaison with Institutions – Communicate with banks, auditors, statutory bodies, and subsidiaries.
  • Support Internal Processes – Collaborate with the admin team to ensure smooth financial operations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in accounting and bookkeeping using QuickBooks (required).
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on accounting experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Good understanding of financial compliance and documentation.
  • Effective communication and time management skills.
