Responsibilities:
- Developing strategies to strengthen relationships between HR and the rest of the company
- Staying up to date on HR trends and best practices as well as employment laws and regulations
- Reviewing job descriptions to ensure they adequately describe open positions
- Briefing HR recruiters about staffing needs and providing feedback about recent hiring successes and challenges
- Writing and revising HR policies to ensure alignment with company strategies and goals
- In charge of internal and external auditor
- Conduct budegeting projects yearly
HR OPS:
- Staff record management: update and maintain updated current staff list and update in different HR system.
- Implement best HR practices to ensure compliance with local regulation.
- Conduct manpower planning to analysis workforce cost.
- In charge of employee relations, off-boarding and performance management, by streamlining operations across the SEA region and China
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- 3 years working experience at least in HR
- Working experience in IT industry or Chinese company is a plus
