RESPONSIBILITY & AUTHORITY:

  • Support day-to-day office operations, including assisting in organizing, reviewing, and improving workflows to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist the team in basic warehouse coordination tasks, such as documentation and inventory support.
  • Support tender preparation activities, including gathering documents, compiling information, and assisting with submission processes.
  • Help coordinate schedules and maintain calendars to ensure meetings and activities are well-arranged without conflicts.
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments or projects when required.
  • Assist in monitoring business license renewals and applications (e.g., MOF, CIDB, ST), including preparing supporting documents.
  • Work closely with the Sales, Solution, and Project teams during proposal or tender exercises by compiling company documents and assisting in submission preparations.
  • Support maintenance contract renewal tasks and assist in organizing routine maintenance schedules.

REQUIREMENT:

  • Diploma/Degree Business Administration or Business Management or Accounting and Finance Management.
  • Able to work independently, possess own transport and willing to travel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM RM1,000.00 per month
