Position Overview

We're looking for a
Business Development Executive
— someone who can bridge technical knowledge with business strategy.

The ideal candidate understands
HVAC systems
and is also passionate about
developing new business opportunities
, managing client relationships, and delivering value-added solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand the company's business portfolio across industrial, commercial, and institutional clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities — projects, maintenance contracts, and service partnerships.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliers.
  • Support project delivery, ensuring smooth coordination between sales, service, and technical departments.
  • Stay updated with market trends, energy-efficient technologies, and sustainability standards.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in
    Mechanical Engineering (
    Air Conditioning and Refrigeration), Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Minimum
    2 years of working experience
  • Strong understanding of air-conditioning systems (chillers, AHUs, VRF/VRV, split units, etc.) and preventive maintenance practices, will an advantage
  • Proactive, independent, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel for client visits.
