We are Zinzino, a global direct sales company from Scandinavia specialising in test-based, personalised dietary supplements and scientific skincare. We are a company with the ambition to build a strong brand in direct sales and preventive health, with products whose effectiveness can be tested and backed up by scientific studies.
The Role
As a Customer Support, you'll be part of a dynamic team of network marketing professionals and passionate Zinzino advocates. Reporting to the Asia Pacific Head of Support, you will be responsible for overseeing and supporting our Partner (salesforce) community for their continued growth and developmentin their Zinzino Business.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Provide responsive and effective support to Partners and Customers, including handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and ensuring all inquiries and issues are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Partners through consistent communication and support.
- Support marketing efforts by reviewing and assisting with bilingual materials, translations, and web-based content, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of the Zinzino Compensation Plan, Policies and Procedures, and ensure compliance in all communications and support activities.
- Participate in and contribute to business opportunity meetings, product trainings, and support sessions, staying current with all company offerings, promotions, events, and operational updates.
- Assist with quality assurance by reviewing and analyzing customer interactions (calls and emails) to help maintain service standards.
- Perform ad-hoc duties and tasks as assigned by management, while following all directions and guidance provided.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a customer service and support role, preferably within the Direct Selling industry.
- A total of (3) three vacancies are available, each responsible for supporting customer service operations in different international markets (such as Japan, Thailand or India).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strongwritten and verbal communication skills in multiple languages are essential, as the role involves frequent interaction with colleagues, customers, and partners across various countries. Proficiency in English is mandatory, with additional languages such as Japanese, Thai, Hindi, and Telugu is highly valued.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- This is a full-time, 5-day work week position based at our Petaling Jaya office.
