About Us

TK Reefer Services Sdn Bhd is a leading provider of temperature control solutions in Malaysia. We specialize in the sales, rental, and aftersales service of high-performance temperature equipment such as Reefer Container, and now we are expanding into Reefer Truck & Trailer Division. As we expand our footprint, we are looking for a driven and experienced individual to join our team


Your Role

You will play a key role in driving the growth of our Reefer Truck & Trailer product line—while proactively identifying and developing new sales & market opportunities in untapped locations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive market expansion by developing and growing our Reefer product portfolio—focusing on Reefer Trucks & Trailer market in East Malaysia Market (Bintulu, Sibu etc)
  • Actively pursue new sales leads and opportunities across the cold chain industry, driving revenue growth.
  • Build strategic connections by identifying and engaging new prospects, forming strong business relationships to promote Reefer solutions.
  • Leverage your network to convert existing client contacts and prospects into qualified sales opportunities and long-term partnerships.
  • Cultivate lasting relationships with customers across commercial, industrial, and logistics sectors to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth execution, delivery, and after-sales support for all customer projects.
  • Prepare and present professional proposals, quotations, and progress reports to clients and management.
  • Monitor market trends and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for business development and product improvement.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and relevant industry events to strengthen market presence and generate leads.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in the Reefer/ Commercial truck industry, with priority given to candidates with a background in B2B commercial sales of Truck Bodies, Reefer Truck Systems, and related equipment.
  • Solid understanding of Reefer and Truck systems, including product functionality, integration, and aftersales support.
  • Demonstrated sales success with a track record of achieving targets, along with an existing network of contacts or prospects in the Reefer Truck, Container, or related sectors.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to effectively engage and close with commercial clients.
  • Highly self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
  • Must possess own transport and be willing to travel for client meetings, site visits, and regional market development.
