In this role, you'll help us elevate our global presence through market research, PR, event management, and cross-border marketing initiatives. Ideal for driven individuals with a passion for storytelling, market insight, and international exposure.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, customer needs, competitive landscapes, and growth opportunities in target overseas markets. Analyze data and prepare reports to inform marketing strategies and business decisions.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute overseas trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events, managing logistics, booth design, on-site activities, and post-event follow-up to maximize brand exposure and lead generation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local and international media outlets, including pitching stories, arranging interviews, and managing press releases to enhance brand reputation.
  • Manage PR campaigns ensuring consistent brand messaging across channels and alignment with business objectives and market trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, design) to synchronize marketing activities with product launches and business goals, leveraging market insights for optimal impact.
  • Monitor media coverage, industry trends, and competitor activities; provide actionable insights to refine marketing strategies.
  • Support the creation of marketing materials (brochures, press kits, social media content) tailored for overseas audiences.
  • Ensure marketing documentation and processes comply with ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS) standards where applicable.

Qualifications

Experience

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in marketing, with a focus on event management, media relations, PR, and market research, preferably in an international or cross-cultural environment.
  • Candidates with more extensive experience may be considered for a Senior Marketing Executive role.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.

Skills & Knowledge

  • Familiarity with trade show operations, event coordination, and market research methodologies (surveys, focus groups, data analysis tools).
  • Strong network of media contacts or experience building relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers.
  • Ability to analyze market data, draw actionable insights, and present findings effectively.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a creative mindset.
  • Bilingual (e.g., English and Mandarin) is an added advantage.
