PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE Job Summary:

Responsible for handling day-to-day logistics arrangements, including documentation preparation & validation, and tracking deliveries. Works with internal teams & customer to ensure goods arrive on time, in the right quantity and keeping everything in order.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Preparing and processing document in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  2. Executing, and coordinating stock in and out activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations
  3. Ensuring all procurement and logistic activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  4. Assist logistics manager in data management for in strategic decision making.

BigBath Logistic Hub office -Leonfast (mother company) - Balakong, No. 48 & 48A, Jalan Taming 2, Taman Taming Jaya, 43300 Seri Kembangan, Selangor

Requirement for this position :

  • Candidates with Diploma/Degree in logistics & procurement qualification will be added advantage.
  • Preferred 1- 2 years of related working experience, but fresh graduated are also welcome to apply.
  • Preferably possess good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word (Proficient in SAP systems will be an added advantage).
  • Independent and able to work under pressure and a multitasking environment.
  • Open to technology in adopting applications to perform work efficiently.
  • A good working attitude and willingness to travel are expected.
