MAIN JOB FUNCTION

Responsible for leading and managing industrial hygiene (IH) projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting business development initiatives to grow the company's IH services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES

INDUSTRIAL HYGIENE OPERATIONS

Plan, coordinate, and conduct industrial hygiene assessments, including CEM, IAQ, NRA.

Oversee project execution to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with DOSH and other relevant standards.

Review and approve IH reports, ensuring technical accuracy and timely submission to clients.

Provide expert advice and solutions on occupational health and industrial hygiene matters.

Support internal training and awareness programs on IH best practices.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IH sector.

Prepare proposals, quotations, and tenders related to IH services.

Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients while expanding the client base.

Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to promote IH services.

Contribute to strategic planning for service expansion and capability enhancement.

MANAGEMENT & COORDINATION

Supervise IH technicians and ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment.

Coordinate project scheduling, manpower planning, and resource allocation.

Report project progress and business activities to management regularly.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

  1. Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or related field.
  2. Recognizing qualifications or certification in Industrial Hygiene is an advantage.
  3. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IH or related consultancy.
  4. Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
  5. Familiar with DOSH guidelines, USECHH Regulations, and relevant standards.
  6. Good knowledge and skill in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) such as CEM, IAQ, NRA, CHRA and LEV industry.
  7. Experience in the oil & gas industry, as well as in sales and business development in industrial hygiene industry, will be considered an added advantage.
