Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Monitoring & Performance Analysis

  2. Monitor and analyze sales performance across all online marketplaces, including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Website, and Shopee Singapore, as well as Pelangi Books Gallery (Bangi & Johor Bahru).

  3. Ensure sales targets are achieved and develop action plans to improve sales performance.
  4. Prepare monthly and yearly sales reports, highlighting key trends, product performance, and areas of improvement.

  5. Conduct sales forecasting and assist in annual sales target planning.

  6. Campaign & Promotion Management

  7. Plan, develop, and execute effective marketing campaigns and promotions for online platforms and retail.

  8. Coordinate with the marketing team to develop creative visuals and product content.
  9. Manage and monitor advertising budgets across platforms such as Shopee Ads, Lazada Sponsored Discovery, TikTok Ads, and Meta Ads.

  10. Evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend strategies for improvement.

  11. Budgeting & Financial Tracking

  12. Prepare and monitor marketing and advertising budgets to ensure cost efficiency.

  13. Take care of and monitor expenses for both retail and online departments.

  14. Conduct post-campaign analysis and evaluate return on investment (ROI).

  15. Marketplace & Website Optimization

  16. Maintain and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, SEO keywords, and product images.

  17. Ensure consistency and accuracy of pricing, stock levels, and content across all platforms.
  18. Monitor customer feedback and coordinate with relevant departments to improve customer satisfaction.

  19. Ensure smooth operation of online stores and handle any marketplace-related issues promptly.

  20. Digital Marketing & Branding

  21. Support brand awareness and digital growth initiatives through online campaigns, email marketing, and social media.

  22. Explore and implement strategies to increase traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.
  23. Collaborate with influencers, affiliates, and partners for online promotions.

  24. Stay updated with current e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and marketplace policies.

  25. Cross-Department Collaboration

  26. Coordinate with internal teams such as Operations, Marketing, Warehouse, and Customer Service to ensure timely campaign execution and stock readiness.

  27. Liaise with external partners, vendors, or agencies as needed to support marketing goals.

  28. Exhibitions & Events

  29. Plan and coordinate exhibitions to increase visibility and promote Pelangi Books Gallery.

  30. Support and organize activities and promotions during internal and external events related to Pelangi Books Gallery.

  31. Staff Monitoring & Coordination

  32. Supervise and monitor the daily performance of staff in Pelangi Books Gallery and the online department.

  33. Provide guidance and ensure smooth coordination between teams.

Requirements for this Role:

  • Education: Degree in Marketing/Business qualification or equivalent
  • Experience: 4–5 years in the related field
  • Sales and marketing
  • Organizational skills
  • Decision-making and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient in managing Excel worksheets

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5, RM6,500.00 per month
