Key Responsibilities

1. Site Management & Supervision

Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities related to telecom infrastructure works.

Ensure site work is executed according to approved drawings, method statements, and quality standards.

Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with project timelines and safety rules.

2. Project Execution & Progress

Plan daily work schedules and allocate tasks to site teams.

Track and record site progress, material usage, and manpower.

Ensure timely delivery of work milestones and report any delays or issues to the Project Engineer/Manager.

3. Quality Control

Inspect materials, equipment, and workmanship to ensure they meet required specifications.

Conduct site testing and verification (e.g., fiber testing, alignment, grounding, power tests).

Prepare and submit daily site reports, progress photos, and quality checklists.

4. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

Enforce HSE policies and ensure all workers comply with safety regulations.

Conduct toolbox meetings and risk assessments before work begins.

Report incidents, near misses, or safety violations immediately.

5. Coordination & Communication

Liaise with clients, consultants, local authorities, and vendors as required.

Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams for material delivery and site readiness.

Support project handover, testing, and commissioning activities.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Telecommunication Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (preferably in Project Management for Telecommunication)
  • Familiarity with RFQs, bid submissions, and vendor registration processes.
  • Strong analytical and market research capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Possess leadership capability and strong communication skills.
