Compliance Analyst (Night Shift – US Market)

Salary: Up to RM4,000 (including allowances)

About the Role

The Compliance Analyst will be responsible for managing the Client Communication (CC) Mailbox, which handles incoming directives, escalations, and key correspondence from U.S.-based clients. This role is crucial in ensuring that all client instructions are received, reviewed, and processed accurately within set timelines. The position requires excellent attention to detail, effective communication skills, and strong coordination with onshore compliance teams to maintain seamless workflow continuity across time zones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage the Client Communication (CC) mailbox during assigned night shift hours.
  • Accurately review, categorize, and route client directives to the appropriate teams for action.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of client queries and escalations.
  • Coordinate with U.S.-based compliance teams to maintain service quality and operational continuity.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and reporting for all communication-related activities.
  • Uphold confidentiality and compliance standards across all interactions.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field.
  • Experience: 1–2 years in a similar role, preferably in legal support, compliance operations, or client services.

Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English).
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Ability to manage high-volume email correspondence efficiently.
  • Preferred Background: Prior experience in BPOs, LPOs, or shared services handling client communications or compliance workflows.

Working Hours: Night shift (aligned with U.S. business hours).
