About the role

Bestwise Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated and organised Storekeeper to join our team in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the efficient management and control of our company's inventory, ensuring the smooth operation of our warehousing and distribution operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Receiving, storing, and distributing a variety of materials, goods, and supplies
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting regular stock checks
  • Organising and optimising storage space to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Assisting with the preparation and dispatch of orders to customers
  • Coordinating with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Adhering to health, safety, and quality control standards in the warehouse
  • Providing reports and information to management as required

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a warehousing or storekeeper role
  • Strong organisational and record-keeping skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with colleagues and customers
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory control procedures
  • A team player with a proactive and problem-solving attitude
  • A valid driver's licence is preferred
